This year’s Edinburgh International Magic Festival programme opens the door to a world of visually astounding and cutting-edge magic from around the world from 1–8 July. We have two pairs of tickets for Psychic Cabaret by D. John Michael Hilford - intriguing mind reader and consultant to the David Blaine and Chris Angel shows. We all know that dancing is good for you – but did you know that more people in Scotland are dancing than playing football or that dance is the second most popular cultural activity after reading for pleasure?
If you’ve not tried before or maybe not joined in for a wee while then Dance Base have 130 classes each week for ages 1 to 100 and at every level. You can join either a course and attend each week or, for more flexibility, drop-in to selected classes. Autumn term begins on Sat 10 September and courses go on sale from Sat 16 July.
