Highlights include tenor saxophonist Stan Getz, award-winning jazz- classical stylings from Cecile McClorin Salvant, and 90s pop-rocker Curtis Stiger. Sweden’s jazz scene comes under the spotlight, so too the up-and-coming jazz talent emerging from Scotland as part of the Breaking Ground programme. And not forgetting the divinely fantastical Rene Marie doing what she does best. Runs from 22–31 Jul, edinburghjazzfestival.com
