Artistic? Yes. Do you live near a canal? Yes. Even better. The third Annual Charity Art Competition, organised by the Edinburgh Canal Centre, is open to anyone overthe age of five. Entries, on a canal theme, appropriately, can be in
any medium - paintings, collage, embroidery— and all works submitted
1 will go on display at the Canal Centre
lor one month, to the public and interested buyers.
The competition will be judged by art impresario Richard Demarco who will also conduct a critical tour 01 the works. Cash prizes are divided into age categories; 5—10 yrs E10; 11-17 yrs £25, and 18 yrs upwards 225.
