To mark the seventieth anniversary at the Russian Revolution this November a one-day conterence on Scotland and the Russian Revolution will take place in Edinburgh (City Chambers, High Street) on Sat 31 Oct. Organised by the Scottish Labour History Society, the conterence is open to anybody Interested general public, trade unionists, members at political parties, school pupils, university students, societies, libraries, museums etc. Talks cover Scotland and the Russian Revolution generally, John MacLean, the 19208 Communist Party, the Communist Party in Britain, the Press and the Russian Revolution and Women and the Russian Revolution.
