WIN TICKETS TO HAMLET AT THE CITIZENS THEATRE GLASGOW
Shakespeare at the Citz is always a special occasion, and productions of the Bard’s story of a family falling apart under the weight of suspicion, murder, infidelity and grief have been some of the most iconic in the theatre’s history. Now, Artistic Director Dominic Hill brings his “quiet brilliance as a reinterpreter of classic texts” (The Scotsman) to Shakespeare’s cornerstone of British drama in a stripped back, eerie, dark and dream-like production which calls to mind the work of David Lynch and Alfred Hitchcock. Scottish actor Brian Ferguson takes on the seminal role of the enigmatic and philosophical young prince.
