WIN TICKETS FOR THE WORLD FAMOUS

EDINBURGH’S HOGMANAY

WIN TICKETS TO SEE BONNIE ‘PRINCE’ BILLY

Mark Ronson

Glasgow’s annual folk, roots and world music festival, Celtic Connections celebrates Celtic music and its connections to cultures across the globe. Between 19 Jan 5 Feb 2012, 2,100 musicians from around the world will descend on Glasgow and bring the city to life for 18 days of concerts, ceilidhs, talks, art exhibitions, workshops, and free events. To celebrate its return, we have two pairs of tickets to see Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy at the Old Fruitmarket on Sun 29 Jan. Each winner will also get a festival t- shirt.

Long known as the least predictable of creative shapeshifters, Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy has also undergone a major status overhaul within the contemporary musical context he helped pioneer. His mystical, darkly playful explorations of America’s historical, musical and psychic backwoods remain way out on their own, with the dramatic songcraft and stark, hushed arrangements on new album Wolfroy Goes to Town staking out his latest intriguing claim.

To enter, just log on to list.co.uk/offers and tell us: Where is Bonnie Prince Billy playing?
