Edinburgh from before the time of tne recent influx of young people from Poland. it is disappointing that this older (generation has not been included in the prograrrirne for the Polish Cultural Festival. hope that the organisers are not going to be ‘ageist' in future and Wlll consider engaging some of the older community in the planning process before any future events.

NOT ANOTHER HOTEL Re: Old Odeon Cinema, Edinburgh Has anyone else seen the petition doing the email rounds about the redevelopment of the old Odeon on SOth Clerk Street? The owners want to turn it into a boutique Arts Hotel, keeping the listed Art Deco frontage and foyer. but demolishing part of the building, including the main auditorium.
