Requires a Development Director, responsible to the Board of Directors to manage and lead the administrative team and drive the development of North Lands Creative Glass ,
a Scottish charity based in Lybster, Caithness, internationally recognised as one of Europe’s principal centres of excellence in glass making.
The Development Director will be responsible for pro-active planning, sourcing and raising of funding, the administration and marketing of the annual master classes and conference, the development and administration of residencies and projects, overseeing the development and well-being of the staff and general administration of the company and the management, maintenance and hiring of the glass studio.
Salary range: £25,000—£30,000 Closing date: 19 November 2008
