We are looking for reliable contr'ubuIOrs capable of composrng sharp concise and original rewews of eating establishments to tight publishing deadlines YOu wrll need to display thorOughness and accuraCy in gather rng unformatrOn. and we would expect to see evudence of yOur knowledge of food and drunk in general. as well as your familiarity wuth the eating out scene un Glasgow and Or Edunburgh Experience of editorial management wuth the ability to check. edit and style submitted material would be an advantage YOu will also need to have reliable access to emaul and the web and be computer literate
