KIDS' MUSIC CD FRENCH PLAYGROUND
As we all know, children are convinced the world revolves around them. So anything which points out that there are many other children, just like them, singing songs in a playground far, far away has to be a good thing. Putumayo World Music was set up in 1993, in a bid to bring us all closer together through the sharing of music and culture. Putumayo Kids has the same philosophy, but uses popular songs from nurseries, schools and home to make world music more accessible to little ears. Putumayo’s latest release, French Playground, is a lovely mix of musical styles, featuring an eclectic range of singers, from France’s top children’s artist, Alain Schneider, to ex-French punk band member, Polo, while the subject matters touch on people and places children
