FREDRIK NORDSTROM QUINTET Fredrik Nordstrom (not to be confused with the death metal record producer of the
same name) is an excellent Swedish saxophonist and has already made a powerful impact in these parts. He
describes his music as ‘jazz of today where you might occasionally hear elements of modern classical music and rock — I’m
constantly searching for new sounds,
sounds that are up to date.’ Helping in that search will be Magnus Broo (trumpet), Mattias Stahl (vibes), Ingebrigt Flaten (bass)
