CELTIC CELEBRATIONS

What better way to start a festival than with a colourful torchlight procession through the city centre. Celtic Connections will be banging their drum and letting the city know that the party is about to start when Lord Provost, Liz Cameron, leads the procession through the streets. The Scottish Power and Strathclyde Police Pipe Bands will be impressing with their sound as they accompany the torch bearers from George Square up to the home of Celtic Connections, the Glasgow

Royal Concert Hall.
