Ian Hamilton Finlay Until Sat 18 Mar. An exhibition of prints from the 19605 to the 19905 by Ian Hamilton Finlay. Best- known for Little Sparta, a classical garden that he built at Dunsyre in the Pentland Hills, he is seen as one of Scotland’s most distinguished artists and thinkers.
Harriet Mena Hill Until Sat 18 Mar. Harriet Mena Hill’s first ever exhibition in Scotland features small scale, oil paintings on prepared gesso. Her work combines architectural precision with abstract pattern making.
Ian McKenzie Smith and John Mclean Wed 29 Mar—Sat 6 May. The gallery’s spring exhibition celebrates the work of two of Scotland’s finest abstract painters. Ian McKenzie Smith shows five new largeescale paintings in a rare exhibition of his work on Scottish soil and a retrospective of small scale works on paper by John Mclean, created over a 30- year period, is displayed in the second
gallery.
