guests carefully picked to rock the place, not just to look good on a poster. 30 Oct Brett Dancer from New York guests. It’s his first appearance at The Sub, but he played the Arches before and was magic. He’s done stuff for Traxmode (Detroit) and plays deep, slightly strange house music. ‘He’s mega,’ says Domenic.

I Triumph at The Tunnel. 10.30pm-3.30am. £8 (£6). Weekly. A massive, dressy night of European and UK house at one of the country’s best looking venues. Colin Tevendale and Steven McCreery take on the main room with progressive house and trance while Kevin McFarlane and Stephen Lee offer up a different vibe with a party mix of garage and dance classics in the second room. Smart dress-code and they expect you to make a lot of effort.
