An exhibition exploring the influence of Victorian art critic and theorist John Ruskin ( l8 I9—l900) on some of the most important figures of the late 19th century. in particular the French writer Marcel Proust ( 187l—l922) who spent six years of his life translating Ruskin‘s work into French.
