MACMILLAN NATIONAL KARTING TEAM CHALLENGE Scotkart Indoor Kart Racing, Westburn Road, Glasgow, info: 01372 807000, Sun 5 Jul. Teams of between five and ten drivers will be charging around tracks all over the country in the hope of beating last year’s figure of £96,000. The endurance race should last around two and a half hours and the glorious victors have the chance to do the same thing in September's grand final at the karting mecca of Buckmore Park in Kent.

The 10th anniversary of the Game Conservancy Scottish Fair is now one of the most eagerly awaited events in the country‘s rural. social and conservation calendar. The main exhibit features deer and deer management with a display of some of the finest species in the country such as red. roe. fallow. sika and reindeer. The RAF's Red Arrows will also be on hand with aid from Breeze the Hawk and the Scottish Final of the Pedigree Chum Agility Stakes also takes place.
