TWINS is the title of this sculpture by Kerry Stewart, who’ll be remembered by those who visited the Scottish National Gallery ot Modern Art during the British Art Show this spring. Iler contributions (in collaboration with Ana Genoves) included Man In love, a lite-size Chewbacca lookalike in painted fibreglass, and Party Ilere Tonight, a neon sign bearing that legend. In her questionnaire, the Paisley-born sculptor - whose work has been seen in Budapest, Berlin, Frankfurt and Paris - gave ‘interpreter at the Europarliament’ as her most likely non- artistic career and ‘cashmere’ as the material she most likes against her skin.
