j both Edinburgh and : Glasgow. This Friday
(Mar 12) sees the opening of their new club ‘Listen Up‘ at The Calton Studios
(Edinburgh). moving in a
new direction with a playlist of street soul.
3 ragga and hip-hop. with
the essential sounds of all ' the new releases frotn the Talkin‘ Loud. Conscious and Mo' Wax labels. ln
the pipeline is a possible ' record label of their own. ' bringing some fresh new
sounds to a shop near you (I‘ve heard some preview

damn line music) AND plans for a few special
‘ BIG all-nighters with
some top acts headlining the bill. Also. the) 're in the process of setting up a DJ management company to protect themselves and others from cowboy club managers and promoters (no names mentioned). Watch this space for a

I Millionaires has now changed its name to The Store and is under new management. The emphasis is now shifting towards quality dance music. with different clubs running each night. For full details see listings.
I Bits ’n’ Bobs A few dates for your diary: Bomba Records will be hosting another Avicmore weekender following the success of the last one. The weekend in question is May 7-8. the line-up is still to be finalised. but will no doubt include some top names. Phone 041 2483831 for details. Rezerection returns with a vengeance to the lngliston Centre for another of their hugely popular all-nighters on Saturday 10 April.
