I Slam at Club Loco at The Arches. 11pm—3.30am. £5. Slammin! Consistently good tunes and consistently crowded.

I Speed E at Heaven. 10.30pm-3am. £5/£3.50 with matric card. A name that surely has nothing to do with drugs; they must be referring instead to the heady pace ofthe music and the exuberance of the youthful crowd.

I Sonic at Rooftops (Secrets Lounge). 10.30pm—3am. £2.50/£2. Indie club with regular drinks promos.
