0 EAST KILBRIOE Rainbow Two Libraries Reading Parade for children begins on Thurs 26June and ends on Fri 15 August. 140 titles have been selected for children to read this summer. Every child who takes part will receive a specially designed certificate and a badge-making machine will tour the libraries so that children can make and design their own Rainbow Two Badge. They will also be given a reading diary and every library will have a weather chart to record each child's reading. The programme ends on Mon 25 August with a
