HELLO, my favourite trick of all time is from way back. After the World War II there was this German illusionist called Kalanag. He used to do a levitation of his wife. Gloria. But the thing about it was that it was better than all the levitations before or since. You can forget David Blane with the camera trick in the street. you can forget David Copperfield with his flying - this was awesome. And the reason it was awesome was just when you thought, ‘I know how that's done,‘ he'd prove it wasn‘t and just when you thought, ‘Now I know how he does it.’ he proved it wasn't again. and he just did trick on trick on trick. That one stays with me in my head all the time.
