LOST MAP’S HOWLIN’ FLING Far from a regular music festival
Lost Map’s alternative island weekender is less of a l ing and rather a full-blown love affair between the DIY label and the picturesque Isle of Eigg. Head honcho Johnny Lynch lives on the isle, which is due to celebrate its community buyout’s 20th anniversary. An off-kilter event, hosted previously in 2014 and 2016, Howlin’ Fling pitches up somewhere between music festival and island bolthole for Scotland’s DIY music community, with touring acts and the label’s own roster playing throughout.
