THE MOUNTAIN CAFE New book showcases Kiwi chef’s Cairngorm dining destination
If you know a bit about Aviemore, you’ll know that The Mountain Café is where to i nd some of the best food in the Cairngorms National Park. Originally from South Island, New Zealand, owner Kirsten Gilmour brings her background as a chef and enthusiasm for Scotland to a wide range of dishes both sweet and savoury, the pick of which are showcased in a new cookbook.
