10 CHOSEN BY JOJO SUTHERLAND, COMEDIAN Hindsight

Ready, steady . . . Quick, get a ticket! If there is one show that no-one should miss at this year’s Glasgow International Comedy Festival, it’s Hindsight by Keir McAllister. Keir is a stalwart of the Scottish comedy scene, but also a frighteningly good and exciting new writer; his play is a darkly comedic tale about growing up, with delicious twists and turns along the way. It also boasts a cast of some of the finest comics to be found on the circuit, in the shape of Raymond Mearns, Parrot and The Wee Man. Despite having read the script, seen the reviews and heard all the wonderful feedback from audience members when it premiered at Edinburgh Fringe, I still haven’t managed to actually see it yet, but I’ll be remedying that when it’s staged at the Oran Mor why don’t you have some foresight and join me? Hindsight, Òran Mór, Glasgow, Wed 2 Apr. Jojo Sutherland: In Conversation, Vespbar, Glasgow, Sat 5 Apr. See more of our Glasgow International Comedy Festival coverage from page 52.
