Now that all our bar and restaurant coverage is fully integrated into our website, there are many extra ways you can access our information. In print, every entry has full details including opening hours and price guides, and at the back of the guide you’ll fi nd handy city maps and full indexes. At food.list. co.uk you can search for any place by dining style, attribute and proximity — a handy feature to fi nd options close to where you are or where you plan to be later. Each entry online also has useful individual locator maps as well as links to restaurant’s own websites or social media.
CHOICES, CHOICES Again and again, the questions we’re most often asked are: what’s hot? And what’s new and exciting?
In each issue of the magazine the food and drink pages keep you up to date with all the most interesting and important new openings in Edinburgh and Glasgow, with news and reviews of the latest arrivals and major refurbishments along with tidbits of news and gossip from the scene. This year’s Eating & Drinking Guide featured 140 new entries, and when next year’s guide comes out just after Easter 2014 there will be another 140 or so. This equates to one new opening every two-and-a-half days across the two cities.
