I quite like Tony Macaroni down at the bottom of Byres Road because it’s pretty good value, and Ketchup on Ashton Lane does some good student deals as well. For drinks, I usually go to Nice‘n’Sleazy or Firewater. Best day out and best night out? If it’s sunny I’d go to Kelvingrove Park, or the Riverside Museum down by the river would be good if you’re from out of town. As I say, Nice‘n’Sleazy is my favourite night out because they have different DJs every Friday and Saturday so there’s a bit more variety in the tunes than if you went to the Garage or something. Favourite quiet spot or hidden gem? There’s a nice little café called the Hidden Lane Café in Finnieston, off Argyle Street.
