ANIMAL COLLECTIVE

The experimental,

psychedelic poppers grew up together in Baltimore, and went on to produce some era-dei ning nuggets of weird-pop gold, including their hit album, Merriweather Post Pavilion. Although their

live wig-outs can border on the unlistenable, they

returned to form this August with Centipede HZ, full of ‘bright, structured bursts of glistening euphoria’. We’re

anticipating good things for this, their i rst Scottish appearance since 2007. O2 ABC, Glasgow,

Wed 7 Nov.
