Margaret Tait: Film Poet The Glasgow Women’s Library and the Centre for Contemporary Arts pay tribute to the late Orcadian poet, artist and filmmaker Margaret Tait, whose writings have been collected in a recently published book edited by Sarah Neeley. Working alongside filmmakers Marissa Keating and Michael Jones, the Women’s Library has undertaken a project to document the life and work of this respected yet highly private artist. Featuring stories from friends and family, Margaret Tait: Film Poet will premiere on Sat 4 August. This event is free but tickets must be booked in advance.
