2 FEB-1 MAR YOU’VE GOT 29 DAYS TO LIVE!

Plenty of news to report from the office this month. You can read about our publisher’s OBE (congratulations to Robin) on page 9. We also have a new film editor, Gail Tolley, starting this month. As well as being our resident cineaste, Gail will continue to be a programmer at the Glasgow Film Festival, and joins us, nepotistically enough (and why not?), just at the point we’re celebrating an epic 239-event GFF programme.

On page 32 you’ll find our Date our readers feature. Prepare to be wowed by the existence of eligible people in your city. And what’s more, they’re List readers and therefore certified ‘good sorts’. Huge thanks to everyone who stepped forward for this feature. Our volunteers’ confidence and sense of fun was inspiring. Singles of Glasgow and Edinburgh, the onus is now on you to get in touch with them. Ready, steady, woo . . .
