No Good Sinners album launch Aidan Curran has managed to assemble a wonderful line-up of folk, blues and roots musicians for this project, including
bassist Dave Donnelly, drummer Willy Molleson, and fiddler Eliza McCarthy, Aidan’s partner in crime when they were both part of the Park Bench Social Club (which also offered up guitar/banjo player Tom Wright and fiddler Ross Couper to the collective). Together under the No Good Sinners banner, the group’s collected musical styles span the roots, soul, classic rock and folk genres. ■ Voodoo Rooms, Edinburgh, Fri 16 Jul.
