Each two-hour standalone class includes a talk from an expert (including Norwegian 2009 Eurovision winner and Halling dance expert Anders Aasberg, pictured, left), a demonstration performance and then a chance to try what you’ve seen for yourself. And although these are traditionally male dances, it’s the 21st century, and ladies are very welcome too. Dance Base, Edinburgh, Sat 18 Apr, various times throughout the day.
