Efterklang We like it when appearances are deceptive. For this Danish experimental outfit sound like they owe
something to Sigur Ros musically but look like the kind of goofballs who should sound like they play ska pop songs about farts and beer bongs. Their collaboration with the Danish National Orchestra, a retooling of their album Parades into an even more spectral and ambitious listening experience, suggests they work hard and play just as hard too. ■ Oran Mor, Glasgow, Fri 30 Oct.
