Audience Development Internship Programme On-the-job experience plays an important part in advancing a career in audience development. Working in partnership with Scotland’s two audience development agencies, Glasgow Grows Audiences [GGA] and The Audience Business [TAB], the Scottish Arts Council has created Scotland’s Audience Development Internship Programme. We are now seeking two new interns for the third year of this project, who are creative, numerate and passionate about developing audiences for the arts. Over the course of a year, the Intern Programme offers paid entry-level professional work placements in art organisations and much sought after networking, training and mentoring opportunities. In the rst instance, applicants must be based in Scotland, within commuting distance of Edinburgh or Glasgow.
