To celebrate the Amarula Oasis event taking place on 22-25 July in Edinburgh(cid:183)s St Andrew Square, Amarula Cream has teamed up with award winning mixologist Ben Reed
to create exclusive Amarula Cream cocktails especially for the occasion.
Bringing a slice of the African continent to the Scottish capital, the Amarula Oasis will be the perfect environment to escape the hustle and bustle of summer in the city where guests can indulge in an Amarula Cream cocktail and enjoy performances from African
storytellers, musicians, poets and an Afro beat DJ.

Sit back and sip an Amarula Cream African Bramble cocktail, a tropical blend of smooth Amarula Cream, fresh blackberries and creamy probiotic drinking yogurt - perfect for a
spot of decadence.
For fresh summer fruit lovers, Ben Reed has also created the Amarula Cream Kiwi cocktail. This refreshing cocktail is ideal to sip on a warm summer evening, and is made from a
combination of smooth AmarulaCream, fresh kiwi fruit and just a touch of sugar.
Why not re-create these simple yet indulgent Amarula Cream cocktails at home?
Amarula Cream African Bramble Amarula Cream Kiwi
Ingredients: 25ml Amarula Cream 30ml probiotic drinking yoghurt (such as Actimel) 2 blackberries
Ingredients: 50ml Amarula Cream Tbsp caster sugar 2 kiwi fruit (peeled and chopped)
Method: Muddle the blackberries in the bottom of a mixing glass with a spoon. Add the Amarula Cream and probiotic drinking yoghurt. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until cold. Strain the mixture into a fresh glass with ice. Garnish with a blackberry. Method: In a blender, add the ingredients along with a handful of ice. Make sure the lid is well sealed and blend for about 45 seconds per drink. Pour into a martini glass and serve garnished with a slice of kiwi fruit.
