Director Salary: c. £30,000-£35,000
Ill-Arts and Scottish Screen have established a new cultural cinema agency. Regional Screen Scotland. The new company will increase access to. and appreciation of. cinema and the moving image in rural and remote areas of Scotland. It will also take over the running of the acclaimed mobile cinema operation. the Screen Machine.
The Director of Regional Screen Scotland will be a key strategic and operational post. working closely with the other ‘Hubs‘ identified in Scottish Screen's lixhibition strategy (http://www. scottishscreen.com) to build a dynamic and effective new organisation with a national role . and devising innovative ways of providing access to a quality cinema experience. The post will be based initially in Inverness (with appropriate financial assistance) and thereafter at a (‘entral Belt location.
