You will deal with issues ranging from installing exhibitions in VRC and Exhibitions Dept galleries to managing technical aspects of project activities and day-to-day management of the fabric of the gallery spaces. On a daily basis you will be responsible to the Curator of Exhibitions.

Both Exhibitions Department and VRC are busy environments. Situated within Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, Exhibitions Department realises over 20 exhibition projects per year in Fine Art, New Media, Design, Architecture and other disciplines in its four gallery spaces. Centrespace, situated in the Visual Research Centre based at DCA presents research outputs and test-bed situations of DJCAD researchers. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines as well as a willingness to work in relation to peak demands are required. You should have excellent technical skills. You must have good interpersonal. communication and negotiating skills as you will need to work with artists,

organisations, and the general public as well as students and a broad range of University and Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design staff. Two years previous experience within a visual arts organisation is essential.

Producer £35,000

Working directly with the Executive Producer. closely with the artistic team and displaying both creative and entrepreneurial acumen. you will be responsible for the development. management and potential future exploitation of National Theatre of Scotland productions across our portfolio. ranging from small scale Scottish rural touring to major international tours. You will take a particular lead in managing the whole range of co-prcductions in which the National Theatre of Scotland participates.

Contracts & Planning Administrator £25,000

You will work with the Producing team to take responsibility for all freelance contracts and negotiations for the creative teams. cast and crew employed by the National Theatre of Scotland. You will also lead on establishing coproduction agreements with partners.

Artistic Assistant £15,375

You will work between the Artistic Director and the New Work Department. co-ordinating all of the Artistic Director's creative activity and offering administrative support to the Literary Manager and Workshop Director.

Learn Project Manager £25,000

You'll support the creative development of the Learn programmes by undertaking the management and administration of specific projects including the Department's succesle Transform. Exchange and Diaspora programmes and by supporting the Company's Emerging Artists.

Deputy to Learn Education and Outreach Manager £25,000

You will assist in the creation and delivery of all National Theatre of Scotland Learn events and work with colleagues. venues. schools and communities to produce resources linked to our production programme. You'll also undertake evaluation of our learning and outreach activity

Marketing and Press Officer £18,000

In consultation with the Audience Development Manager. you'll create marketing and press campaigns for the National Theatre of Scotland . nationally and internationally. with Special responsibility for National Theatre of Scotland Learn activity and audience development projects.

Press Officer £18,000

You'll help to create press campaigns for the National Theatre of Scotland. nationally and internationally. working as part of the Press Office within the Department of External Affairs. The Press Officer will provide support for all areas of National Theatre of Scotland activity including touring productions. co-producer and partner productions. New Work. Development and generic/corporate activity.
