I am moved to wrrte rn defence of your esteemed puhlrcation. following the letter penned hy Kenneth Green rn your most recent issue. Hrs crrtrcrsrn of the maga/rne for pul_)lrshrng two artrcles relatrng to food was completely wrthout rnerrt. Firstly. food rs an Integral part of any nation's culture and rs. therefore. worthy of comment rn a magazine devoted to that topic. Secondly. I noted several articles related to popular frlrn rn the same issue. yet our frrend Ken doesn't appear to helreve that x'xorthy of the same comment.
It seems that hrs hughear rs that you drscussed foods which he consrdered rnapproprrate. re. sausages and sweets. Presumath if the articles had heen ahout tofu and mung heans. he would have heen happy. Please continue to puhlrsh articles ahout the vxonderful array of food producers and
