I THE COOK-0" for the Scottish Food Scholarship 2008 for chefs under 26 has been won by Jamie Wakeford from De Vere Cameron House Hotel at Loch Lomond. Wakeford’s prize includes the chance to create a Signature Dish for Edinburgh, which will be added to different menus around the city, including Restaurant Martin Wishart’s lunch menu.
