Style-wise, I get . ! inspiration from Parisian ‘ ladies of the 19605 and 19705, grannies in teashops, and pictures of my mum from the 19805. I'd describe my look as pretty/scruffy, but my boyfriend calls me a hobo.
The gloves were a present from my friend Rupert last year. They were beautiful but I wore them to help construct some walls recently and they are looking a little worse for wear.
These boots have been recently re-soled and revived from the broken shoe collection in my cupboard. I picked them up from a fantastic shop in Middlesbrough selling mostly trashy-Americana vintage. Sometimes I feel a bit like a superhero in them.

This brooch is brand new - my friend and I made about 120 in her dad’s garage. They are made from circuit board. We are going to sell them at an exhibition next month in Sweden and online at our website (booboutique.co.uk).

The coat is a Topshop classic from a couple of years ago. I sewed on these white buttons to revamp it. They were in a dusty old tin of buttons from the Barras.

I bought this handbag four years ago from an amazing granny-run charity shop in Aberdeen. It was 75p! I loved it then and love it still.
I have a ridiculously large collection of coloured tights, although most are laddered. I think these ones are from Frasers.
