The fact that they can‘t legally drink at the majority of the gigs they perform at hasn’t dampened the enthusiasm of this painfully youthful Australian quintet. Anything that dulls the senses could only be a bad thing for their music. After crashing the Top Ten back home, the band are making their Scottish debut as part of the Levis One to Watch series, showcasing their new single, the magically understated ‘Just a Song about Ping Pong'. Their cheery freneticism and fondness for apeing the sonic giddiness of 8525 and Yeah Yeah Yeahs prove, in some weird way, that the kids are actually alright after all.
