TASTE THE DIFFERENCE
I really loved last week's Iasto of Edinburgh festival. Two things bothered me though One was the scarcity of vegetarian food. The queue for the DEIVKI Bann stall was huge. and were it not for the fact that those in the scruni were resolutely middle class and probably weakened by their diet. things really could have kicked off. Beyond Bann's there were only three vegetarian starters available across the entire event. \Just because I don't like eating something that used to have a face. it doesn't mean I don't appreciate good food. Andl can't be alone.
My second gripe was the lack of recycling. Tach stand l)l'()‘./I(I(}(I customers With plates and cutlery. all of which went into the same bin.
