It seems to be Danny Boyle season at the moment, what with the all-round euphoria surrounding his remarkable new sci-fi film Sunshine (possibly the best sci-fi feature of
the last ten years). Lest he forget he owes all his success to Scotland, the Cameo is screening Boyle and writer John Hodge’s 1995 adaptation of Irvine Welsh’s classic novel.
