From back when he was releasing epic techno as Planetary Assault Systems, 7th Plain and Morganistic, Luke Slater has pushed at the boundaries of electronica. A techno DJ at heart, 1997’s Freek Funk album proved he was also a producer of note. But it was 2002’s Alright on Top that marked him out from the crowd.
