The Toronto International Film Festival goes on tour with some of its best films
from the 2006 festival. Highlights include the likeably arch character drama Everything’s Gone Green about one man’s sense of mid life ennui scripted by the mighty Douglas Coupland (his first screenplay to be filmed). Plus Norman Cohn and Zacharias Atanarjuat: The Fast Runner Kunuk’s beautifully reflective The Journals of Knud Rasmussen about the arrival of Danish anthropologist Rasmussen amongst the Inuit people of Arctic Canada in 1922.
