Staying in Edinburgh we have the annual New Year Revels at the Assembly Rooms; gay girlies night Velvet at Mariners; cut up kings 2 Many DJs at City and more gay antics as Vibe commandeers Ego.
in Glasgow, inside Out will be the big hitters at The Arches with Agnelli 8. Nelson, Matt Hardwick, Adam Sheridan and more among the hard dance line-up while Club Noir present ‘the Story of Burlesque’ at the newly opened Classic Grand. Talking of new venues it’s nice to see Edinburgh finally getting one after the scary times earlier this year. New upper class dance emporium Lulu has opened beneath Tiger Lily on George Street. offering up a mix of soul, jazz. disco. funk and electronica seven days a week from names like Lenny Love, Jon Pleased and Mash.
