The latest club news
I I know it seems like a long way off but news of Hogmanay events are already starting to creep out. So far Club Noir has announced a Hogmanay Hanky Panky spectacular at the new look Cathouse, Glasgow. Also in Glasgow Colours have announced their New Year’s Eve plans, teaming up with Hed Kandi at the Tunnel with names such as Paul Wilkins, Rob Wilder and Andy Warburton. Plus Colours offshoots Tokyo Disco (at Cube with Lisa German, Mike van Loon and Kris Keegan) and Back to the Future (Carling Academy with the likes of Lenny D (pictured), QFX and Ultrasonic) complete their NYE roster.
Over in Edinburgh Manga have announced another two-day weekender for 4—5 November. Taking over the Honeycomb for both days the Friday hosts a Metalheadz Winter of Content album launch party with Storm, Senses and MC Lowqui. and the Saturday is a Bingo Beats special with a live PA from DJ Zinc featuring Jenna G.
E The List is teaming up with Southern Comfort this fortnight for a night at Bastille Taverne (Glasgow, 3 November), with three floors of mayhem featuring the Dub Pistols, Soft Rocks, Son of Dave, Bill Brewster, live art and performances plus a special guest still to be announced.
