Colin Steele’s triumph in winning the best album prize at the BBC Jazz Awards in July for The Journey Home was a notable success for both the trumpeter and Caber Music. but Colin has now taken another major step forward by signing with ACT Records, the Munich-based label that is home to Esbjorn Svensson and other major European artists. These gigs at Henry’s will feature his new line-up, with Irish saxophonist Michael Buckley taking over from Julian Arguelles. and will let the band work in the new material ahead of
