FHLMHQUSE
To continue our celebration of Scottish Film, the Filmhouse in Edinburgh and Glasgow Film Theatre are hosting a five-day Scottish Film Season to give movie lovers the chance to see some fine examples of Scottish cinematography on the big screen. Five Scottish films, including The Bill Douglas Trilogy, I Know Where I’m Going!, The Wicker Man, OuIIoden and Young Adam will be shown at each cinema from 1 February -
5 February and we have 100 tickets to give away.
As you know, we gave away a free guide to the 50 Best Scottish Films of all Time, sponsored by Orange, back in November. We listed our top 50 films and asked that you text the word Vote and the name of your favourite Scottish film to 82888 for all entries to go into a hat to win big prizes. The good news is you can still vote as the text line doesn’t close until Friday 6 February 2004. To get a free copy of the guide, log onto www.list.co.uk
To get your hands on a pair of free cinema tickets, just tell us:
What number do you text your favourite Scottish film to’?
Answers on an email to ‘Scottish Film Season' to p. ‘ ‘ M Mk or on a postcard to The List, 14 High Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1TE. Deadline for entries is 23 January 2004. Please include a daytime telephone number and address.
