WEST END FESTIVAL 2004

Expressions of interest: Carnival Parade

Expressions of interest are invited from suitably experienced organisations to design and deliver the Carnival Parade. This will take place on Sunday 13 June 2004. The West End Festival is now well established in its 9th year and is seen as an important West of Scotland-wide event that attracts a big audience to its vibrant mix of cultural events. Festival Sunday consists of the Whyte and Mackay Street Party and the Midsummer Carnival and will signal the start of the Festival as a two-week programme. It is important that the Carnival Parade continues the WEF tradition of vibrancy and colour; 3 visual spectacle with music.
