The List and the Office of Lifelong Learning at the University of Edinburgh have teamed up to offer one lucky reader the chance to win a place on a part-time film course. Starting in October, January and April courses last for nine short weekly sessions. 8 Women is now available to rent and buy on DVD and video from UGC Films UK/Momentum Pictures and we have ten copies of the film to give away to you. The List has teamed up with UGC Cinemas in Glasgow and Edinburgh to give away 1005 of tickets to see the Aussie film The Hard Word before it opens to the rest of the nation on 12 September. By taking your copy of The List to either UGC box office from 4 September 2003, you will get two tickets to see the movie on Tuesday 9 September at 6.30pm.
